At MedSTA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase; therefore, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please ensure items are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
